How much does a council approved Pop Up Home cost?
Our granny flats start from $112,500 for The Keppel (1 bedroom, 37m²) and from $131,500 for The Fraser/Moreton (2-3 bedrooms, 61m²). Prices exclude connections, building approval and plumbing approval. Conditions apply.
Where do you deliver?
We service all of Queensland and New South Wales. Regions include Toowoomba, Darling Downs, Warwick, Childers, Bundaberg, Glenwood, and Hervey Bay. For New South Wales, Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Murwillumbah, Casino, Grafton and more. For distances of 300km or more, please ask for a fixed price quote.
How long does it take to build and deliver?
Your Pop Up Home is built and delivered in 150 days. Once delivered and installed on stumps, it can be ready to move in within just 10 days depending on optional extras selected.
What is included in the free site plan?
Our complimentary site plan (valued at $1,000) assesses your property to determine the best placement for your granny flat, including setbacks, access, and council requirements. It's the first step to understanding what's possible on your land - completely free and with no obligation.
What warranty do you offer?
All Pop Up Homes come with a 7-year structural warranty on galvanised steel framing. We are a QBCC licensed builder, so you can have complete peace of mind.
Can I customise the floor plan?
Absolutely! All our floor plans are fully customisable. We work with you to select the design, layout, and finishes that suit your lifestyle and needs.
Do I need to organise anything myself?
We manage the entire process from initial enquiry to handover, including council approvals and certification. You'll need to arrange connections (water, sewer, electricity) and plumbing approval separately, but our team will guide you through every step.
